This page covers mirajian.app only — the website you are reading. The Mirajian application itself runs on your own machine and keeps your notes in your own folders; it is not covered by this page.

Who is responsible

What this site stores

• Early access list. If you submit the form, we store the email address you typed, the date and time of submission, and a one-way hash of your IP address (used only to stop automated signups). We use it to tell you when early access opens. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to any other list.
• Server logs. Our web server records the usual request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated and deleted automatically.
• Theme preference. Your light or dark choice is kept in your browser's local storage. It never reaches our server.

What this site does not do

• No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising or fingerprinting.
• No cookies for marketing or profiling.
• No third-party embeds. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request; if you prefer, block the request and the site falls back to system fonts.

Legal basis

We process the early access list on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Your email address stays on the early access list until you ask us to remove it, or until the list is closed after launch. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time — one email to michael.munz@aurora-ivy.tech is enough. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one responsible for our location in Baden-Württemberg.

Hosting

This site is served from a server we operate ourselves in the European Union. No content delivery network or external hosting provider sits between you and the page.
